Rural Prosperity Nebraska is an organization operating within the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Here, students, faculty, and community leaders work together to mix formal research with on-the-ground experience to improve prosperity in rural area in six focus areas: community engagement, people attraction, community development leadership, community economic development, placemaking, and regional food systems. They offer multiple tools that organizations can use to plan and fund projects in these areas.
