Structures & Self: Advancing Equity and Justice in Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare is a learner-led, justice-informed curriculum produced by the Innovating Education in Reproductive Health program within the UCSF Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health. This course is designed to teach clinical leaders to consider how systems of power and legacies of structural oppression impact care for patients when it comes to sexual and reproductive health. Learners will consider how to leverage their privilege to create change on the clinical, community, and systemic levels.
The four modules- Own our Legacy, Recognize Structures of Oppression, Check Yourself, and Take Action- consist of educational videos, followed by personal reflection questions.
